Eden works directly with borrowers to evaluate project opportunities and coordinate underwriting with the firm's lender network. Her experience in investor finance helps ensure transactions move efficiently from origination through closing while aligning borrowers with the appropriate capital partners.

Steve Brockman brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate lending and private capital markets. Based in Las Vegas, he has worked with developers, investors, and institutional lenders to structure financing across a wide range of real estate transactions. Steve previously founded Builder's Capital Inc., which funded more than $1 billion in loans to real estate investors and developers. At Calculus Research, he focuses on loan origination and structuring financing solutions for borrowers across the firm's lending network.
